Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Kam and Ko Candles. There are absolutely no refunds. Only unburned candles, unused candles, and other products that are unused can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Candles are eligible for return if the wick has not been burned, broke, or altered in any way. Please email our customer service department at kamandkocandles@gmail.com.  

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please notify us and immediately take a photo of the damaged item along with the box packaging within 3 days of receiving item. We will file a claim on your behalf and replace the damaged and/or defective item. PLEASE NOTE: Candles that have been lit will not be replaced.
